DailySpend collects your email, display name, and financial transaction data (synced from your bank or entered manually). We do not store bank credentials — authentication is handled by certified aggregators via OAuth.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide the DailySpend service: categorizing transactions, generating budgets, providing AI insights, and powering the chat feature. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and regularly audit our infrastructure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use certified bank aggregators for bank connections, AI providers for categorization and insights, and standard infrastructure services. Each operates under their own privacy policy and our data processing agreements.

5. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@dailyspend.city. GDPR and CNDP rights are fully supported.
